I always stay in this area as it’s easy to find from the main square. First time in this Riad. Our room was lovely and the breakfast was one of the best I’ve had. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our friends had a ground floor room that wasn’t as nice as ours, but it was cheaper! Choose a suite, well worth the extra few pounds.

The Riad N10 was a great surprise for us. We stayed there for a total of 4 nights in a triple room up on the terrace. The room, that is even better than how it looked in the pic, is comfortable, clean, nicely furnished and decorated. The breakfast on the terrace is the must of this place: you will be served good local food in a lovely and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for starting the day before deep into the medina. The staff and especially Rachid, is nice, helpful and available basically anytime! Rachid booked the taxi for us from and to the airport and he waited for us at our arrival. Moreover, he kindly kept our bagpacks for four days while we were traveling in the desert (including all the stuff we bought in only 2 days!!).The only "down point" (if I have to find any) is that we couldn't pay with credit card at the end, even though on the booking.com page was indicated this possibility.

Overall, staying in this Riad only added to our positive experience in staying in this city. While it would be quite difficult to find on your own on arrival (I would strongly suggest contacting them for an airport transfer as I did) that is part of the fun of staying in the medina portion of the city. Friendly staff, comfortable beds, strong water pressure, great AC and a delicious breakfast are your reward. There is also a very wide array of dining price points and shops, from groceries to knock offs and tourist trinkets, close by. The one notable drawback is the prayer calls of the neighbouring mosque. Given the volume of mosques in the city, as well as their volume of prayer calls, interrupted sleeps would be more of a Marrakesh - wide problem than something unique to N10. Our stay was also during Ramadan which may have been a factor too.

PRO:+ very good location ( once you find it:) )+ the receptionist was really friendly and non-intrusive, and we could leave our luggage there even after checking-out+ relaxing atmosphere after walking the busy streets of Medina + decent WiFi CON:- breakfast, although pretty basic and good, lacks protein based foods (but I didn't expect any, given the price we've paid)- the nearby mosque call for prayer can sometimes be intrusive early morning for those unaccustomed to it

First time travel to marrakech with my family including 2 children age 11 and 9 .we stay at this place after reading people review and the price is reasonable. we had the bedroom at the top with terrace ( breakfast area ). Lighting in the room a bit dark but we like it that way. Our breakfast is great. Location in the heart of medina so foods is everywhere. No trouble finding our way with google map from iphone ( get a simcard+data at the airport. They will unlock your phone, all for 150dirham). We enjoy our stay there. The staff is lovely. If you ask nicely they will wash your clothes for some tips

This was a great place to stay for our two days in Marrakech. The room (family room on the upper terrace) was large and clean, and the beds and pillows were comfy. The breakfast that was served was plentiful and delicious with hot coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice. The air conditioning in our room worked very well as it was hot during our stay. Very close to the main market and all of the side markets. Tips:(1) try geocaching if you haven’t yet. This is a fun way to give you goal oriented street wandering and exploring. We found a nice big fruit and spice market that otherwise we wouldn’t have found. (2) bring earplugs for evening prayer. There is a mosque right nearby and the prayer early in the morning can wake you up if you aren’t ready for it. I understand and appreciate the need for prayer but it is just loud. (3) don’t worry about the bees at breakfast. The world needs bees and they won’t harm you if you don’t harm them. Put some honey on a spoon and set it aside to attract them there. I showed the manager how to make a bee trap today so hopefully it works! (4) don’t pay more than 6d for water. There is a shop with an orangina fridge on the way to the market that had it for that price. Most in the market will charge you 15-20. (5) if you enter the square from the Riad in stay to your right, and go down the right side (eastern) of the square and enter the markets in the back, walk down the line of souks until you see the big white “Berber Market” direction sign hanging down. There is a good fruit stall there that you can get 1kg if any fruit of 20d. A great price. See the photo below for what it looks like. (6) bartering is a sport to these souk operators. I got someone down to 1/10th of the price for something. Pick your price and stick to it. If they don’t want to sell it to you for that you can always find somebody who will.
